Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1–7 business days, depending on restock availability.
The estimated processing time will be shown at checkout and included in your order confirmation email.


Estimated Shipping Time

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

  • North America: estimated 3–10 business days

Once a package is marked “delivered” by USPS or UPS, it is considered delivered for all shipping, refund, and cancellation purposes.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, once processing begins or a shipping label has been created, address changes may no longer be possible. In this case, you may need to contact USPS or UPS directly using your tracking number to request rerouting.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned or not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us at Embracetheprocess25@gmail.com.

We can assist with reshipment; however, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.


Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
