At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final once an order has been placed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at Embracetheprocess25@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including but not limited to:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, please refer to the Damages & Issues section above.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds (EU & Approved Damage Claims Only)

If a return or claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval
